Refund & Guarantee Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

We do not run a typical online course factory, and we do not want your money if DevCore is not a fit for you. This page explains how the guarantee works, who qualifies, and how refunds are handled.

1. The 7-Day Respect Guarantee

We offer a 100% refund guarantee during the first week of the batch, if you meet the conditions below.

The Window

This guarantee is active for exactly seven calendar days starting from the official date of your batch's first live class.

The Core Condition

To qualify, you must attend and take part in the first five live classes.

Why We Enforce It

We do not reward delay or passive regret. If you show up, take part seriously, and still feel DevCore is not a fit, we part respectfully and return your fee.

2. Application Rejections & Unsuccessful Selection

Each DevCore live group is limited to a 10 + 1 seat format. Every application is reviewed manually to protect the quality of the group.

If you submit an application and pre-authorize your fee, but the team decides you are not a fit for the current batch, your application will be declined.

If your application is rejected after any pre-authorization, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Instances Where Refunds Are Not Eligible

To protect the small batch size, refunds will not be given in these cases:

Failure to Attend Live Sessions

If you buy a seat but do not attend the live classes on time, or miss them completely, you do not qualify for a refund. We do not provide student replay access. Missing a live class is a scheduling issue, not a platform issue.

Changing Your Mind Without Attending

You cannot request a refund only because you got busy, changed your mind, or realized you do not have time, unless you attended the first 5 live classes as required by the guarantee.

Requests Beyond the 7-Day Window

Any refund request sent after the 7th calendar day from the batch start date will be rejected, even if you attended the live classes.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you attended the first 5 live classes and want to use the 7-Day Respect Guarantee, the process is simple:

  1. Send an email from the exact email address used during your application to support@devcore.academy.
  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - Batch [Number/Month].
  3. Include one short, honest sentence explaining why DevCore was not a fit for your goals. We do not use this to argue; we use it to improve.

Refund requests must be sent to support@devcore.academy.

Processing Time

Once our team checks your attendance for the first 5 live classes, your refund will be approved within 2 business days.

After funds are released, it can take 5 to 10 working bank days to appear in your bank account, card, or wallet, depending on your bank or payment provider.
