By submitting an application, buying a seat, or joining our live batch, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Batch Model & Application Process

Selected Students Only

DevCore decides who is accepted. Sending an application or trying to pay does not guarantee a seat in the batch.

The 10 + 1 Live Group Structure

Each live group has 10 paid seats and 1 fully supported seat for a strong applicant who cannot afford the fee. If an applicant is not selected, any pre-authorized fee will be refunded in full.

Class Rules

This is live training, not a passive digital product. We may remove any student from live sessions if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group.

2. The Live Attendance & No Replay Policy

Commitment to Live Sessions

The course is built around live work, live thinking, and live questions.

No Replay Access

As stated across our platform, live lectures may be recorded privately for internal reference, but they are not provided as archive or replay access for students.

Student Responsibility

It is your responsibility to clear your schedule and attend live classes on time. If you miss a class, you miss the live thinking from that class. We do not provide make-up classes, private catch-up calls, or extra time for missed live material.

3. Payments & Currency

Payment Channels

All fees must be paid through DevCore's approved payment methods, such as card payment, bank transfer, IBAN transfer, or approved local wallets where available.

Extra Bank or Wallet Fees

Any bank fees, wallet fees, currency conversion charges, or local transaction charges are the applicant's responsibility.

4. The 7-Day Respect Guarantee

The Condition

To qualify for a refund under the 7-day respect guarantee, you must attend and take part in the first five live classes from the batch start date.

Why This Exists

This guarantee protects serious students. If you show up, do the work for the first 5 classes, and honestly feel DevCore is not a fit, we will issue a 100% refund.

When You Do Not Qualify

If you buy a seat but do not attend the live classes, or request a refund without attending the first 5 classes, you do not qualify for the refund.

5. Course Material & Sharing Rules

DevCore Material

All code, files, SEO systems, templates, live workflows, and learning material shared during the course belong to DevCore.

For Your Use Only

Your seat gives you permission to use these resources for your own learning, personal projects, or your own business work.

Do Not Resell or Repost

You may not resell, repost, upload publicly, or turn DevCore material into your own course, bootcamp, or public content. Breaking this rule may lead to removal without refund and possible legal action.

6. No Income Guarantees

Results Depend on Your Work

We teach systems and thinking used to build and improve online assets. Your results depend on your work, speed, market, judgment, consistency, and effort.

No Earning Promises

DevCore does not guarantee income, monthly earnings, clients, jobs, rankings, or website sale value. Rustam's past results do not guarantee the same results for students.

7. Software Changes & Legal Terms

Tools Can Change

Tech tools, AI models, APIs, hosting providers, and code setups can change quickly. We teach the best approach at the time, but we cannot promise that third-party tools will stay the same forever.

Governing Law

These terms follow the law stated in DevCore's official payment agreement, invoice, or admission document.
